AS \u00dchisteenused, a leading Estonian parking management company and part of the UG Investments portfolio, has acquired 100% of the shares in Cityparks Latvija, one of Latvia’s largest parking operators. The transaction, announced in mid-January 2026, marks a significant step in the company’s expansion across the Baltic region.<\/p>\n
“Cityparks is a market leader by the number of parking spaces and operates in 12 Latvian cities,” said Hendo Priim\u00e4gi, CEO of AS \u00dchisteenused. “We are delighted to enter the Latvian parking market alongside such a strong partner and to expand our Baltic footprint in this sector.”<\/p>\n
\u00dchisteenused currently manages over 1,000 private parking spaces and eight parking structures in eight Estonian cities, including Tallinn and Tartu. The acquisition will enable the integration of \u00dchisteenused’s advanced digital solutions into Cityparks Latvija’s operations. This includes the Parkner mobile application, which offers contactless payments, real-time parking availability, and seamless user-friendly features already widely adopted in Estonia. Latvian drivers will soon benefit from these modern tools, enhancing convenience and efficiency in parking management.<\/p>\n
The move aligns with \u00dchisteenused’s strategy to leverage its extensive experience in parking operations and technology development to drive growth in the Baltic parking market.<\/p>\n
